During the meeting, the projects implemented in Panevėžys were presented and the possibilities of cooperation were discussed.

"I am delighted to welcome the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway in Panevėžys as today, we are celebrating a special anniversary - the centenary of diplomatic relations between Lithuania and Norway. I thank the Ambassador and the Embassy for the devoted attention to Panevėžys. I am glad that our close cooperation, which is becoming a nice tradition, gives Panevėžys the opportunity to know Norway and its culture better, ” said Rytis Račkauskas, the Mayor of Panevėžys.
On the occasion of the mentioned anniversary, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Lithuania will present the film THE KING'S CHOISE by Norwegian film director Erik Poppe at Cinema Centre GARSAS.
