Thanks to Foreign Investors' Association (FIBA) five sakuras were added to the alley in Kranto Street. Wooden outside furniture bought by a Limited Liability Company "Scaninvestment" has been placed in the inner yeard of the Art Gallery.

" It is a great pleasure to have the alley of sakuras in our city and there is no need to go to a capital city to watch them or to them children. Every year we plan to continue this tradition for the future Panevėžys to be in  blossoms of sakuras.

The furniture is for the city community to admire art not only inside the wonderful space of the Art Gallery but also the complex of sculptures outside. People will have a possibility to spend their time in a comfortable way discussing , observing or, simply, relaxing in a perfect location",- said the Director of a Limited Liability Company "Scaninvestment" and the Member of the Board of "FIBAssociation" Daiva Masiliūnienė.

"I am touched by positive attitude of the city businessmen and a wish to cooperate in creating the city. We cannot imagine the city festivals without cooperation with business. The campaign "The Present to the City" is taking speed and it is one more excellent example of contribution into making the city more attractive",- said the Mayor R. Račkauskas.
