The Mayor of Panevėžys, the Mayor of Reykjavik (Iceland), the Governor of Guria (Georgia), the Deputy Mayor of Tirana (Albania), the Mayor of Kryvyi Rih (Ukraine) and the Mayor of Lublin (Poland) have been the main pannelists during the session. In total, 670 participants from 30 countries have registered for the event. 

The opening debate of the city officials focused on local government’s priorities in the new, post-pandemic reality. The attention was given to cultural sector and cultural tourism under new conditions. 

The Mayor of Panevėžys R. Račkauskas presented to the participants of the forum how the Municipality worked during the quarantine, what decisions were made by the members of the Emergency Commission, how the residents were informed, cooperation with doctors and so on. Experiences were shared on how the Business Council made decisions to help local businesses affected during the quarantine, what steps were taken, etc. This year's innovation was discussed - the involvement of the population in the participatory budget.
