The plans of OPI CONSEIL are to develop the sector of living area for the elderly people in the city. From 2 to 10 family houses are foreseen in the Western part of the city where 14-70 people could reside. The project of the living area for the elderly will be one of the first ones of such kind which will appear in Lithuanian cities until 2020.
