A meeting of potential partners from Daugavpils (Latvia) and Vitebsk (Byelorussia) took place in Panevėžys. Experts of Panevėžys, Daugavpils and Vitebs municipalities, the representatives of Lithuanian Architect Union, Panevėžys Branch were present.

The project aims at  common platforms for people of creative professions (architects, urban development, landscape, design  experts). By the help of such platforms entrepreneurship skills will be developed, better employment possibilities will be provided, and at the same time the visual environment of project partners will be improved.  Special attention will be given to the age group of young people and pre-retirement. One of the priorities is to increase employment through entrepreneurship and innovations. Panevėžys sees its platform the territory of Skaistakalnis Park, its surroundings and the former aviation base.
