A meeting of potential partners from Panevėžys, Daugavpils (Latvia) and Polock (Byelorussia) has been organised in Daugavpils. The experts of Investment Division and Communication Department of Panevėžys City, Panevėžys Art Gallery, Mark Rothko Art Centre (Daugavpils) and Polock Municipality took place.

The possibilities to apply with a joint project of three countries have been discussed. If the project is approved, Panevėžys Art Gallery would have special pottery kilns, expositions and exhibits would be presented in virtual space, several common international events of project partners would take place and loyalty programme for tourists would be initiated.

According to the budgetary frames of this programme, the projects could be granted from 100 000 to 1 500 000 Euros. EU investments would make 90 per cent of all the costs.

The deadline for application to be submitted is December 20.
