Mr. V. Groisman, the Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine, the Ambbassadors of the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, Macedonia, Georgia, the delegations of partner cities were present. The Mayor of Panevėžys had the honour to hoist the Flag of Europe.

During the visit the questions of cooperation of both cities were discussed.

The Partnership Agreement between Panevėžys and Vinnytsia was signed on Febbruary 16, 2015.
