The event will last the whole July. 10 artists will be present: Yauheni Adzinochanka (Byelorussia), Arina Ailincai (Romania), Ciprian Ariciu (Romania), Eugenijus Čibinskas (Lithuania), Rojhane Hosseini (Iran), Audrius Janušonis (Lithuania), Heidi Preuss Grew (the USA), Carme Riu de Martin (Spain), Anthony Stellaccio (the USA), Merce Tiana (Spain), Jolanta Lebednykienė, the Leader of the Symposium, the Member of International Ceramic Academy, the Director of Art Gallery.

The participants of the symposium will create the works from chamotte at the Company of Ceramics  "Midenė". The evenings of creation of artists will be organised at Art Gallery.

On July 22-23, the conference "The Tendencies of Ceramic Art" will be launched. The first conference day the inhabitants and the guests of the city will be invited to the campaign "The Whole City Models from Clay". Till the works are burnt in the oven, the participants of the symposium will get acquainted with Lithuania.

On August 1, at 5.00 P.M. the exhibition of the XXth International Ceramic Symposium will be opened at Art Gallery.
