The Mayor met the Participants of International En Plain Air

The participants of the En Plain Air from the partner cities of Lunen (Germany), Kaliningrad, Mytyshi (Russia) thanked for a warm welcome, perfect hotel and food, ideal work conditions for creation, communication and share of professional experience. V. Satkevičius expressed the gratitude for cooperation, cultural exchange and presented the guests with cultural, social, economical environment. He also invited for more active cooperation.
The XIIth Painters' En Plain Air "Panevėžys 2014" lasts from July 6 till July 16. The artists from Lithuania, Germany, the Netherlands and Russia participate in the En Plain Air. The organiser of the event is Gallery "Gallery XX" of Lithuanian Union of Painters, Panevėžys Branch.
