The guests had the possibility to observe the races of European Elite Cycling Championship, to get acquainted with Panevėžys and sports infrastructure.
"We are amased by the event. The impressions about the Arena are the best. There is no such Arena in Kaliningrad. In 2018 Russia will host the World Football Championship. Large investments are foreseen for Kaliningrad for the construction of a new sports complex. We really appreciate your experience in this field",- said G.A. Michailov.
Well developed system of cycling paths was also mentioned.
