It should be mentioned that you are visiting us on an important time for our nation - tomorrow we will celebrate a national holiday - the Day of Restoration of the State of Lithuania. Tomorrow at midday, in Laisvės Square there will be festive events, so I invite the whole delegation to visit them. During the meeting, the guests were introduced to the cultural, social and economic environment of the city of Panevėžys.

In 2019, "Šaltinis" progymnasium signed an international cooperation agreement with educational institutions from Italy, Croatia, Northern Macedonia and Turkey. This project is aimed at developing international relations and developing multiculturalism by applying innovative learning methods, strengthening the skills of STEAM, music and arts subjects, and developing leadership competencies.

Project participants from abroad will be staying in Panevėžys until February 18. The project is funded by the European Union.
