The intentions to promote development of Toyhashi and Panevėžys Cities and to stimulate mutually beneficial cooperation is expressed by the Letter of Intent signed by the Acting Mayor of Panevėžys Mr. A. Varna and the Mayor of Toyohashi City Mr. K. Sahara.

Toyohashi delegation headed by the Mayor K. Sahara got acquainted with Panevėžys cultural, social, economic situation, investment projects and Free Economic Zone. The guests visited Cido Arena, Art Gallery, companies Glassremis“, „Schmitz Cargobull Baltic“, KTU Robotics Centre.
