The Representatives of Czech Republic visited the Municipality of Panevėžys
During the meeting cooperation possibilities between the Municipality of Panevėžys and Czech Republic, business structures were discussed.
" The Director of Czech-Baltic Chamber of Commerce invited us to take part in the event where Czech entrepreneurs will be present. It might be that in the future the geography of partner cities of Panevėžys will also expand. The event will take place in on September 4, in Riga, Latvia",- said the Mayor Vitalijus Satkevičius.
The representatives of Czech Republic would appreciate closer contacts between Lithuanian and Czech cities, business structures.
"They propose us various cooperation possibilities in the fields of education, culture, sports, etc. Sharing of experience is also worth while mentioning. From our side we invited them to take part in EXPO AUKŠTAITIJA 2012 and we do hope that these contacts will be fruitful to local businessmen",- said the Deputy Mayor.
This week the representatives from Czech Republic plan to meet the authorities of Panevėžys Chamber of Trade, Industry and Crafts.
