As the organiser, the Director of Lithuanian Chess Federation Arvydas Baltrūnas says 100 participants from 8 European states are expected. Guest from Latvia, Estonia, Italy, France, Finland, Hungary, Russia and Byelorussia will join.

Two separate tournaments OPEN A and OPEN B will take place and they will be registered for FIDE ELO raitings.
