The delegations will not only observe the events but also take an active part in them: on September 6th, at 2.30 p.m. the delegation from Goes will open the exhibition of drawings of pupils from primary classes MY CITY. To commemorate the anniverssary of 20 years of partneship between Panevėžys and Goes, an oak tree will be planted in Laisvės square. All delegations will be taking part in the festive parade in the city on Saturday.
