With this Competition FIBA wants to show that the city of Panevėžys is full of life, smile and also creativity.

In such a way we want to show human treasures to ourselves, to all Lithuania and to the rest of the world. This makes life in Panevėžys worthwhile!

All participating photos should reflect the city environment, smiles, joy of life, positive creativity.

There is no age limit for the participants. The photos should be submitted in JPG. format by e-mail:[email protected] till 31 August.  

The Competition is organized in two stages: 1) every month the best photos of the month will be chosen; 2)  in September, during City Birthday Celebrations, the Final Competition will be organized where the best photos will be chosen and awarded.

The photos should be submitted by the 30th of every month for the first stage competition. Each participant  might participate with not more than 5 photos each month. The received photos and the result of the competition of the month will be published on the website of Panevėžys - www.panevezys.lt.

The monthly winners will be awarded with FIBA prizes.

All the submitted photos will participate in the final competition as well. The works of all the winners will be demonstrated in the exhibition in September.

The participants should provide the following information alongside with the photos: name and family name of the author, telephone number, e-mail address, the the title of the photo. If the participant is 18 years or less, age shall be noted. The author should give a code identifying the photo. The code must be at least 6 characters.
