The national teams of Argentina, Australia, Brasil, Spain, Japan, the United States of America, Canada, China, Korea, Mali, the Netherlands, France, Russia, Senegal and Serbia.

The teams were divided into four groups by the draw:
Group A: Brazil, Serbia, Korea, Russia
Group B: Argentina, Japan, Spain, Australia
Group C: Canada, France, Netherlands, Senegal
Group D: Mali, USA, Lithuania, China

Cido Arena (Panevėžys) and Švyturio Arena (Klaipėda) will host the Preliminary and Eight-Final Rounds.
