CONCERNING SOCIAL SERVICES IN PANEVĖŽYS CITY
Ukrainians who have a temporary residence permit in Lithuania can apply to the Social Affairs Department of the Panevėžys City Municipality for general or specialized social services for children and families, persons of working age with disabilities, people of retirement age or persons and families experiencing social risk.

CONCERNING SOCIAL BENEFITS IN PANEVĖŽYS CITY
Single and periodic payments are given to Ukrainian war refugees who live in the city of Panevėžys. You can apply for benefits within 2 months from the date of submission of the application for a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania to the Migration Department.
War refugees who have a temporary residence permit in Lithuania can apply to the Social Affairs Department of the Panevėžys City Municipality for state support: allowances for children, financial social support, free meals for schoolchildren, compensation for part of housing rent taxes and funeral allowance.

Applications for social support are submitted at the Social Affairs Department of Panevėžys City Municipality (Laisvės a. 20, 1st floor) on working days Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 12.45 to 15.45

Homeowners who have accommodated Ukrainian war refugees in Panevėžys, after concluding a lease agreement, can apply for compensation for providing housing to foreigners. Applications are submitted at One-Contact Point of Panevėžys Municipality, Laisvės a. 20, on weekdays Monday-Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 12.45 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Ukrainians who have a temporary residence permit in Lithuania and E-signature, mobile signature or electronic banking, can apply to the nearest Social Insurance Agency branch or online (sodra.lt/) for disability, retirement or orphan's pension.
