Today the Mayor of Panevėžys City Vitalijus Satkevičius welcomed H.E. The Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia Mr. Martinš Virsis. The Ambassdor came to Panevėžys together with the members of Chamber of Trade and Industry of Latvia.
On February 4-6, at Panevėžys Cinema centre GARSAS the VIth French Cinema Festival ECRANS D'HIVER will take place. It is presented by French Culture Centre in Vilnius.
