Panevėžys City Municipality is implementing the project SpaceforPeople funded by the European Union program URBACT, which aims to increase the attractiveness of public spaces by focusing on the main aspects. During the project, a new bus traffic route 1E “Kniaudiškių str. - Consultation Polyclinic" has been introduced.

On April 20–21, an online meeting of the international project SPACE4PEOPLE took place. Further plans for the implementation of the project were discussed. Each partner country presented the already done works. The meeting was moderated by project coordinator Claus Kollinger from Austria and the expert Ivan Tosics from Hungary.
Panevėžys City Municipality had an on-line meeting of the partners of the project SPACE4PEOPLE. The event was devoted to the most important moments of the two-day international conference to be held at the end of April.
